Kurt Casper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the medical and logistics industries. Currently, he serves as the National Account Director for GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines, where he has spent over 20 years building strong partnerships and negotiating contracts with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and large Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems. His collaborative approach focuses on understanding the unique needs of each partner, allowing him to tailor agreements that prioritize public health while ensuring mutual benefit for health systems and networks.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and he is an avid golfer.
Kirk Kureska, with over 35 years of progressive leadership multiple industries as well as serving on state and national legislative roles with a proven track record of success. Having held senior executive officer in the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, Mr. Kureska excels at assessing organizational challenges and implementing effective solutions, consistently delivering projects on time and under budget while exceeding contribution and income targets. Utilizing his proof of process model Mr. Kureska focuses on developing strong operation and support teams, achieving market dominance, creating fiduciary accountability and driving all department excellence resulting in the highest satisfaction for patients, employees, & referral sources. Mr. Kureska has committed his career to advancing the healthcare accountability and availability though his participation in state and national healthcare committees encouraging legislation at state levels as well as reviewing proposed healthcare legislation at national level focused on establishing accountability to providers and payers ensuring care is provided at the appropriate level needed to ensure safety and excellent outcomes.
Mr. Kureska hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, and a licensed clinician. An international speaker on behavioral health policy, valuation, leadership and cultural demands for successful organizations.
When not at work, Kirk enjoys almost any activity outside, watching any sport that his beloved Texas A&M Aggies are playing, spending time with wife of 25 years, their 3 daughter and two granddaughters.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from Franklin College. His technical and leadership contributions are recognized in the industry, and he is also credited with a patent for a portable grilling apparatus.
